Met on arrival at the airport by our tour leader for your holiday briefing who will then introduce you to your driver-guide; depart for the drive to Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in time for lunch at lodge; short siesta before the afternoon game in the reserve in search of game. In the event any cancellation is done, we only charge what hotels charge us and the rest returned to clients less bank transfer charges within 90-180 days as indicated below: • Between 0-7 days before safari date – 100% is charged. • Between 8 – 35 days before safari – 25% or 50% is charged depending on the lodge/camp. • Between 36 – 60 days – 10% is charged. • 60 days and over – full payment refunded fewer bank charges for the transfer and 2.5% operation cost
