Itinerary
Depending on location of your hotel, pick up early in the morning from your hotel and transferred to the airport for the morning flight to Masai Mara. Met on arrival at the airstrip and transferred to the camp/lodge with a game drive en route to arrive in time for lunch. 4:30PM, depart for the afternoon game drives in search of more game in the vast Masai Mara National Reserve. Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge or Sarova Mara camp or camp/lodge of your choice

Spend the entire day at Masai mara with a minimum of 2 shared game drives starting with an early morning game drives at 630am returning back in time for breakfast. Relax to enjoy the great set-up and game viewing from your hotel compound before lunch. 4 pm, depart for the afternoon game drives returning back before dark falls for dinner and overnight.

10% deposit per person for one day safari tours
20% deposit per person for 2-3 day safari tours
30% deposit per person for 4-6 day safari tours
40% deposit per person for 7-12 day safari tours
50% deposit per person for 6 days or more safari tours in Tanzania or combined Kenya and Tanzania safari tours. Same applies to a combination of Safari and beach holiday booking.

Yes. In discussion with reservation office you can amend the Itinerary as per your wish before arrival.
In the event any cancellation is done, we only charge what hotels charge us and the rest returned to clients less bank transfer charges within 90-180 days as indicated below:
• Between 0-7 days before safari date – 100% is charged.
• Between 8 – 35 days before safari – 25% or 50% is charged depending on the lodge/camp.
• Between 36 – 60 days – 10% is charged.
• 60 days and over – full payment refunded fewer bank charges for the transfer and 2.5% operation cost
